Benchmark Consulting founder and president Julius C. Ordonez, once the first Professional Certified Coach (PCC) in the Philippines, sets another record as he attains the highest global coach accreditation — Master Certified Coach (MCC) — given by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is, once again, the first Filipino to earn this distinction, joining now an elite circle of MCCs in the world. Ordonez had to pass a stringent assessment and accreditation process to acquire this prestigious ICF designation.
