Aspiring coaches hit the road towards ICF accreditation by attending Benchmark Consulting’s Accelerated Coach Training Program Phase 1 in Singapore, July 9-12. After a highly focused classroom training on the coaching principles, concepts and competencies, the would-be coaches are now on their respective paths as they skill-up through the actual coaching sessions required in Phase 2, guided by coaching mentor Julius Ordonez.
