Brian Quebengco’s extensive experience, spanning over 15 years in learning and organizational development, has seen him collaborate with a diverse range of organizations. His expertise has benefited industries such as food service retail chains, BPO/Offshore operations, logistics, and small to medium-sized enterprises, where he has been instrumental in driving organizational effectiveness and leadership development.

Brian’s approach to designing and implementing organizational development programs begins by aligning with the strategic goals and values of the organization. He supports these programs by designing and facilitating learning and development initiatives that foster a culture of continuous development and value creation.

Brian has achieved a comprehensive suite of coaching qualifications, including the Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP), Team Coaching Certification Program and Advance Professional Coaching Level 2 Certification from Benchmark Consulting in Manila. Further enhancing his credentials, Brian has obtained the Accelerating Coach Excellence Certification from Seven Paths Forward, the Team Coaching Foundation Certification from the Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI), and his first love, the Gallup Global Certified Strengths Coach from the Gallup Organization.

As a staunch advocate of coaching, Brian is able to utilize his expertise to empower and support managers, leaders, and teams in unlocking their potential and achieving high performance. Brian is an alumnus of De La Salle College of Saint Benilde, where he majored in Human Resource Management. Additionally, he is an active leader within the ICF Philippine Chapter and a partner of WBECS since 2014.
