Camille is a Human Resources & Organization Development (HROD) senior executive with three decades of extensive practice in multinational and leading local organizations in the fields of fast-moving consumer goods, pharmaceutical & consumer pharma, nutritionals, corporate healthcare solutions, and executive search. More than being an HROD professional, she carries significant experience in the areas of business development and client management, operations management, and creating a service culture. She has held regional and local roles and is effective in multicultural environments.

Her strong professional and personal development is attributable to being moulded by large global and local organizations such as Johnson & Johnson, Mead Johnson, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Unilab, to name a few. She lives by professionalism and accountability, and works with passion, compassion, intuition, courage, and authenticity.

In the past decade, she served in an executive committee capacity as group or country HR head, where she led HR, organization, people, and culture strategy and execution. Concurrently, she was a key contributor to overall company strategy formulation, business planning, and operations, and served as advisor and business partner to company heads and key leaders.

Her strengths and passion lie in organization and people development, strategy work, transformation and change, leadership development, culture initiatives, and professional coaching. She is adept at setting up, managing, and transforming work and organizations. Her strengths applied at work make her happy in the areas of crafting and executing strategy through and with people, on top of designing, facilitating, and executing interventions and programs.

She is driven by a deep purpose to grow businesses, organizations, and people, to contribute to the development of a strong HROD practice in pursuit of creating a great place to work, to champion well-being, and to grow the next generation of business and HR leaders. She has hundreds of hours of facilitation and training in her portfolio with an audience spanning all levels and many cultures, and has facilitated sessions on leadership development, performance management, talent management, strategic planning, and customer service, among others.

Camille completed BA Psychology, cum laude, from the University of the Philippines, Diliman, and has a Certificate in Talent and HR Development given by Pennsylvania State University. She is an accredited facilitator of various programs, and has attended ICF-accredited Introduction to Corporate Coaching in the Singapore Management University.

She now takes her decades of corporate coaching experience (coaching as defined in the companies she was part of) to a professional level with her certification as a Level 1 graduate of Benchmark Consulting’s Accelerated Coach Training Program. She is inspired by the transformation she sees in her diverse clients in different corporate roles (from entry to executive levels in a local or regional capacity), industries (e.g., conglomerate, banking, real estate, and manufacturing), and cultures (Asia, US, and Europe).

As a professional coach, her mission is to spread more kindness and compassion in the world through coaching – one session, one person at a time.
