
HR Practitioner and Professional Coach
Emese Dobos has 10 years solid experience in Human Resources on both corporate and agency side. Her main forte lies in talent management, recruitment and workforce selection with special expertise in conducting Assessment and Development Centers; succession planning as well as employee well-being. She was permanent participant of talent committee meetings and successfully supported talent development plans as well as multiyear talent movement planning. Emese is a psychologist by profession and an ICF qualified coach which experience she applies daily not only for inspiring clients to maximize their potential, but also in everyday conversations where coaching can be a great asset.
Throughout her career she had the chance to gain insights in different industries from telecommunication to FMCG, and in different organizational set ups from production to BPO. Having worked in Europe and in Southeast Asia she navigates in different cultures with ease and is able to adjust to diverse environments.
Besides being a dedicated human resources practitioner she is also passionate about improving individuals outside of organizations: after completing her Master in Organization and Work Psychology she acquired a certificate as an Autogenic Trainer to help people cope with stress related symptoms so that they are able to conduct a more balanced lifestyle.
Her newly found passion is definitely coaching: she is eager to witness true transformation coaching is able to drive in human behavior. Her clients are professionals from the corporate world that are keen to change in order to reach specific goals at work or to establish a sustainable work life balance.
