His career included assignments as Human Resources Director of BOC Gases, (Hong Kong based) where he had human capital responsibilities for 7000 employees in the Asia Pacific Region. (10 Countries). He also held Leadership and Managerial (Human Resources Manager and Marketing Manager respectively) and consulting positions with Esso/Exxon/ExxonMobil in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and the United States.

See Luan was one of the earliest coaches in Singapore to gain the International Coaching Federation’s accredited designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

He has built up a network of international clients and specializes in coaching global leaders/managers. He has coached Leaders and Managers from 24 different countries, including those from Fortune 500, Financial Times Global 500 Companies and the World’s 50 Most Admired Companies. He is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources Management and the Founder and Past President of the Singapore Chapter of the International Coaching Federation. He is the Founder and Immediate Past President of the Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches with headquarters in Singapore. He has spoken at international and local conferences and published in the International Journal of Coaching in Organizations.
