Jing is passionate about helping leaders enhance their capabilities. As an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, she specializes in leadership development and executive coaching, helping individuals navigate transitions, unlock their potential, and achieve their professional goals.
She has an extensive banking background in banking (Credit and Marketing, Operations, Strategic Planning, and HR) which gave her a comprehensive understanding of the challenges leaders face in today’s complex business environment.
During her time in senior management, she helped guide her organization through significant phases of growth and change, including mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, her experience as CHRO equipped her with the skills to support individuals transitioning to new roles, including early retirement programs. These varied roles have provided her with a solid foundation to coach leaders as they develop and navigate critical career milestones.
As Chief Human Resources Officer, she championed and sponsored several HR initiatives, foremost of which was an extensive coaching program covering all levels of management. While the role of mentor was deeply ingrained and honed, the bank was likely to achieve even more if its leaders were able to maximize their personal and professional potential. Thus, post retirement, she decided to learn the craft herself through the Accelerated Coach Training Program of Benchmark Consulting, enabling her to widen her reach.
Jing graduated from the University of the Philippines, School of Economics, with a degree in BS Business Economics, Magna Cum Laude in 1978. Post graduate studies include the Advance Management Program at the Harvard Business School in 2011, and completion of all academic units for MBA Regis Program at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
