Nemy brings into the coaching practice over 30 years of business success in top leadership positions in the pharmaceutical industry both in the Philippines and abroad.
He was Managing Director of GlaxoSmithKline Vietnam/Indochina in 2003-2006 and GlaxoSmithKline Thailand Ltd in 2007 to early 2010. Before his foreign assignments, Nemy headed the sales and marketing functions of GlaxoSmithKline Philippines Inc.
He completed an International Coaching Federation (ICF) approved Accelerated Coach Training Program and is a Past President of ICF Philippines.
Nemy’s strong business and leadership background provides him a solid platform in coaching executives facing relevant challenges and opportunities. In addition, he has an outstanding ability to connect and engage. He has a sincere, unassuming and calming presence that makes his coachees open up easily and see situations from a different perspective.
As an executive coach, he has worked with senior executives of companies in various industries such as Globe Telecom, L’Oreal, Monde Nissin, Coca Cola-Femsa, Wyeth Phils, Philip Morris, Moet Hennesy, HGST-Western Digital, Manulife, Meralco, EEI, Philippine Daily Inquirer, Cebuana Lhuillier, Bellevue Hotels and Resort, GlaxoSmithKline, Zuellig Pharma, PriceWaterhouseCoopers(SDC), CMG Retail, Asurion//Techlog, Legato/Anthem, Mineski Global and Jose Rizal University.
Nemy attended the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and the University of Asia and the Pacific’s Strategic Business Economics Program. He also attended various top leadership courses among them the Leadership Development Programs of the Center for Creative Leadership and INSEAD in their campuses in La Jolla and Singapore, respectively.
