Professional Coach

Mia Zamora is a Human Resources executive at one of the Philippines’ largest conglomerates, with over 13 years of experience in the areas of Learning and Capability Development, Career and Succession Management, Leadership Development and HR Operations. Her experience working with leaders and high potential talents from various industries has given her a deep perspective into talent development, eventually motivating her to pursue her passion to become a professional coach.

Mia completed her Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) from Benchmark Consulting in Manila, and since then has coached people from different ranks and functions, such as up and coming corporate managers eager to improve their leadership abilities and communication skills, entrepreneurs wanting to grow and professionalize their organization, NGO members wanting to make a difference in society, and young ladies looking to find their voice and niche in the world. Her coaching style has been described as highly empathic and inspiring, leading one to be motivated not only to achieve their goals, but to transform into a better person.

Mia is also a corporate trainer of programs such as the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, the HR Role of a Leader, Frontline Leadership, and Creating a Service Culture, to name a few, as well as a resource speaker on subjects like Personal Branding and Leadership. Mia is a published writer, penning her lifestyle column ‘Kikay’ in Cebu Daily News for over 16 years, and has just launched a book this year featuring some of her most celebrated articles.

She is a graduate of the Ateneo de Manila University, with a major in Management and a minor in Industrial Psychology, as well as having completed an executive course in Management Strategy and Communications at the NYU School of Professional Studies. In 2019, Mia will be based in Madrid, Spain, where she intends to pursue her Executive MBA. She will continue to grow and practice her coaching career from there.
