Monina Macavinta

Monina’s life purpose is to give back and be of service to people as her way of thanking God for His blessings. Having designed HR interventions/OD during challenging stages of various organizations she handled, Monina understands that attracting and retaining the right talents are crucial for companies to emerge stronger and be sustainable. Her involvement in executive coaching is a logical progression which springs from her appreciation of the innate potential of every individual which she believes can be unleashed and maximized through proper guidance and mentoring.

Monina draws from her vast experience spanning various industries (banking, automotive, manufacturing, healthcare having worked in companies of a leading conglomerate in the country for more than 40 years, and taking on assignments in different parts of the globe – specializing in integration and acquisition studies and alignment, effective key talent management and designing and implementing programs that will sustain high employee level of engagement. To widen her exposure and understanding of the business, she was also assigned to head Customer Relations and Marketing in one of her assigned companies.

She is an AB Psychology graduate and dean’s lister at St. Scholastica’s College, an MBA candidate at La Salle Business School. She participated in a 3-month online Harvard Leadership program. She was part of Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation’s (APEC) pool of international resource speakers on different HR programs, a certified professional coach of Benchmark Consulting and a member of the Philippines Management Association of the Philippines’ Society of Fellows.

Now a retired Executive, and happily married to a lawyer husband with one son. She intends to pursue her passion to continue to help people excel through coaching and mentoring.
