Paulette “Paui” Pueo-Del Rosario, PCC, brings a wealth of experience in training, consulting, organizational development, team coaching, leadership coaching and mentoring gained from her stints in pre-need insurance, manufacturing, financial and real estate spanning more than 20 fruitful years.
An out-of-the-box thinker with an aptitude for bringing out the potentials of clients, Paui has trained, coached, mentored, challenged and inspired over 10,000 executives, business leaders, managers and customer-facing individuals not only in the Philippines but also in the whole of Asia Pacific Region. She has also helped teams and organizations become peak performing through one-on-one executive coaching, facilitation of visioning and planning, coaching and mentoring, leadership and team effectiveness programs. She has served clients like the World Bank, Emerson, Ericsson, The Ayala Group, Abbott, Nestle, Sunlife of Canada, Philam, Globe, Smart, Philip Morris, Avon, Abbott Laboratories, SM Group, JG Summit, Nestle, Monde Nissin, Petron – to name a few.
As executive coach, mentor and consultant, she is passionate about making her clients’ aware of their known and unknown gifts using a variety of creative approaches, including brain-based methods and accelerated learning techniques. She has an incredible ability to enable her clients see their desired future state, make compelling goals and come up with strategies to achieve them. One of her natural strengths is her ability to challenge assumptions and self-limiting beliefs and is able to convey her feedback sincerely in a direct, caring and non-threatening way. She is also able to challenge her clients to see possibilities and explore unexplored territories.
She designs, conducts and evaluates training programs such as Visioning & Strategic Planning, Coaching, Mentoring, Team Development, Change Management, Customer Service, and Leadership Development.
She was the Past President of the ICF Philippines Chapter and during her term, she led the chapter to obtaining the “charter chapter status” – a status given by the International Coach Federation for chapters around the world that meets the standards of good governance. She is currently an active member of the Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches (APAC).
