Senior leaders of Philam Life underwent the full-blown “Coaching for Success” workshop on August 19-20, 2010 as a major part of the company’s 5-month internal coaching program that aims to boost individual and organizational effectiveness. The executives have exemplified full commitment to practice coaching by heart as they believe this will pave the way to building a coaching culture for Philam Life.
