Roseanne’s passion for coaching was nurtured throughout 2 decades of experience as a senior executive who was consistently sought after to spearhead training and leadership development, making significant impact in global giants such as Prudential UK, Allianz AG, and AIA in their operations across Asia Pacific. As former Head of Training and Leadership Development, she equipped and empowered thousands of business leaders and sales professionals to achieve ambitious goals through training, mentoring and coaching. She created robust training curriculums for continuous development, driving key business results and earning accolades such as a gold achievement in the 2013 National Quill Awards-Philippines for her award-winning training resource manual.
Roseanne also spearheaded the development of a coaching culture within the agency distribution channel in Prulife UK, impacting 2,000 leaders and fostering transformational leadership. This initiative led to higher leader engagement, increased productivity, accelerated leader promotions, and exponential company growth.
In 2020, Roseanne transitioned from corporate executive to independent professional coach. During the height of the pandemic, she helped leaders at all levels navigate personal and professional challenges, restore well-being, strengthen leadership skills, expand self-awareness and interpersonal skills, improve time management habits, create roadmaps for business goals and career aspirations, and elevate executive presence. She stands out as an empathetic coach who connects deeply with her clients, creating a brave space for vulnerability, leading them to acknowledge self-limiting beliefs, and empowering them to generate new ways of thinking and being.
Drawing from personal experience in managing and leading people, collaborating with stakeholders, resolving work-life balance challenges, and driving high business impact in an extremely challenging environment, Roseanne excels as a leadership coach.
Roseanne studied at St. Theresa’s College in Manila and Maryknoll in Hong Kong for grade school and high school. She graduated with a degree in Economics from Assumption College, Makati. She has lived and worked in Jakarta, Singapore, and Thailand as an expat, learning to thrive in multicultural environments. In 2022, she moved to the US to live with her husband, Russ. She has a lovely daughter who lives and works in London, whom she amusingly refers to as her favorite coachee for life.
