Zach Prosser

Zach Prosser, MCC is a global award-winning coach with experience of over 16 years in executive leadership. Prosser has received the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Young Leader Award and Chapter Recognition Award for his leadership in coaching. Prosser is a Leadership Coach, Master Facilitator and Coach Trainer. As a trainer, Prosser provides ICF approved coach training to those desiring to use coaching skills professionally or to advance their leadership skills. As a coach, Prosser provides a creative space for leaders to make bold change and accelerate their results. Prosser has worked with leaders from Goodyear, Comerica, Groupon, Cuyahoga Community College, University of North Carolina, Spectrum, Auto Zone, Boehringer-Ingelheim, Tennessee Valley Authority, and many other organizations in business, finance, banking, academic, and nonprofit sectors.

In addition to his work as a coach and coach trainer, Prosser serves his community through the Rotary Foundation, on the Global Board for the Association of Coach Training Organizations, and as an Ambassador for the ICF Foundation. His desire to make an impact globally is demonstrated by the work he carries out in the nonprofit leadership roles he serves in. Prosser also serves as the Executive Chairperson for AG Coaching, Director for Emerge Coaching, and leads his own coaching practice Zach Prosser Coaching.

Prosser holds several certifications in psychometric assessments and tools including Internal Family Systems, behavioral styles, motivational styles, influence styles, leadership 360’s, etc. Prosser has an authentic and engaging coaching presence with the ability to challenge clients to achieve greater possibilities.
